Description: scheduled time in details screen showing as 12:00am for all record.

Steps to follow:

1. Go to waste collection schedule
2. Click on add button
3. Select schedule type, day and time
4. Enter location type, location and bin type
5. Enter remarks
6. Then, click on the save.
7. Go to dashboard, click on details icon
8. In the screen, observe schedule time.

Actual result: schedule time showing as 12:00 am

Expected: correct schedule time should display.
