Navigate Housekeeping > Cleaning Request
Click on Add button
Select Zone type clinical and Location Second floor or First floor
Click on Cleaning Area

Actual:
Cleaning Area showing only Ward N1-A against Second and First floor location

Expected:
Cleaning Area list should display as per the Selected location
