Description

Waste collection transfer_Completed status is showing instead of New,when user add new and save.

Steps:-

Navigate to Bio-medical waste mgmt
Click waste collection transfer
Click Add new and save
Observe the status column

Actual : Completed status is showing instead of New,when user add new and save.
Expected : New status to be shown instead of completed,when user add new and save.
