Description

Waste collection_Collection schedule tracking_Collection details are not showing.

Steps:-

Navigate to Bio-medical
Do Waste collection
Click add new
Select against direct and template as 2,3
Observe location type and other type field is showing or not.

Actual : Location type and other type field are not showing,when user select against direct and template as 2,3 in screen.
Expected : Location type and other type field to be shown,when user select against direct and template as 2,3 in screen.
