Housekeeping V2.1

Housekeeping Roster > Error 404 showing for location selection and not allowing to save roster

Steps to follow:
1. Go to housekeeping roster
2. select schedule, date and day
3. click add item
4. schedule on top bcm blank
5. click on zone type, error 404 showing, then location list not showing

Expected:
1. Schedule on header should not become blank once click on add item
2. error 404 should not display once zone type selected
3. list of location should display based on zone type selected
4. user should able to save roster successfully.
