Cleaning request > Error 404 showing once select zone type, location list not showing

Steps to follow:
1. Go to cleaning request
2. click add button
3. select zone type
4. error 404 showing
5. click on location dropdown, list not showing

Expected: error should not display once zone type selected and list of location should display based on selected zone type

Still error showing once we select cleaning type against zone type clinical and against zone type non clinical once we select location error is showing
