Remarks Mandatory field asterisk missing

Step:
Navigate House Keeping> Workload dashboard
Select Entry which one want to reassign
Click on Reassign and staff name and reason, remarks window will display
Select Staff name and reason and click on save button without enter remarks

Actual:
Remarks field is mandatory but asterisk missing

Expected:
If remarks field is mandatory then asterisk mark should display and if it is not mandatory then, system should allow to save without remarks
