User should able to active the staff roster if its already deactive
Step:
Navigate Housekeeping> Housekeeping Roster
Staff list will display with active and deactive status
Select one staff and switch toggle as deactive
Now again try to active same staff roster
Actual:
User not able to active roster for deactive staff roster
Expected:
User should able to active the staff roster if its already deactive
