Housekeeping V2.1

Description:

FAIL Request should display in Unique View

Step:
Navigate Housekeeping> Housekeeping request
Click on Add button
Update all mandatory field and click on add button
Request will get added on grid
update bed and staff and click on save button
Dashboard screen will display with new request
Select request entry and click on approve button
Now go to the worklist screen new request will display with pending status
Click on Action edit icon new window will display with FAIL, PASS and NA
Select FAIL and click on save and submit button
Once we click on save and submit it will go to the workload dashboard screen

Actual:
If we save request as FAIL it will show on workload dashboard screen as normal

Expected:
FAIL Request should display on workload dashboard screen in unique view
