Description: Scheduled record not in ascending order. The record is shuffled.

Pre-condition: Waste collection scheduled created and submitted.

Steps to follow:

1. Go to collection schedule tracking
2. Look for the latest scheduled record

Expected: Latest schedule should display on top if the list.

@Kunal , As per our conversation, record showing in ascending order but I will verify this bug once scheduled time in tracking screen fixed.
