Description: Collection bin details is not displaying for selection.

Steps to follow:

1. Go to waste collection transfer
2. Click on add button
3. Select against collection
4. Select service provider
5. Select driver name, vehicle no and temperature
6. click on add button
7. Available collection data will display in screen
8. select the record and observe.

Note: Transaction no: HATISC-23-1012

Actual: bin details for selection is not appear upon collection record selected.

Expected: Data should display on below table in order to add the record for transfer.
