Description: wrong schedule time is showing in tracking.

Steps to follow:

1. Go to waste collection schedule
2. create schedule and submit
3. Go to collection schedule tracking
4. Observe the currently added record.

Actual: Wrong schedule time is showing in the tracking

Expected: schedule time should be same as the time selected during collection schedule.
