Bio-medical waste module>Waste collection transfer

Step:-

Navigate to Bio-medical waste module
Go to waste collection transfer
Click Add new, fill all fields and save
Observe the date and time stamp under transfer date column

Actual : Time stamps are showing wrongly based upon add and save.
Expected : Time stamp not to be shown wrongly based upon current time add and save.
