Cleaning Request _Cleaning area not displaying during modification and not allowing to save or submit

Description

When user save only cleaning request, during modification added cleaning area is removed from the field. User not able to save and submit.

Steps to follow:
1. Go to cleaning request
2. Add all mandatory field with cleaning area
3. Click on save
4. Then, click edit
5. observe cleaning area field is empty. no data in dropdown
6. Click submit. validation message showing as Please select cleaning area

Expected: Cleaning area should not get removed during modification.
