Description

Added remarks not showing when view details after save and submit

Steps to follow:

1. Go to waste collection
2. select against schedule / direct
3. Add item
4. enter remarks in below remarks field
5. Click save and submit
6. In dashboard, click details
7. Remarks not showing

Expected: Added remarks should display in details screen
